International Geomechanics Conference
17-20 November 2025, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
The International Geomechanics Conference (IGS) is a multi-discipline, multi-industry, and multi-society event that provides a global platform to exchange geomechanics knowledge and know-hows. IGS 2025 will be hosted by Aramco and the academic partner King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, on 17-20 November 2025. IGS 2025 is co-organized by partner societies including the American Rock Mechanics Association (ARMA), Dhahran Geoscience Society (DGS), Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA), China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CSRME), European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), Kuwait Geosciences Society (KGS), Geological Society of Oman (GSO), and Society of Petroleum Engineers – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SPE-KSA). Over 100 global organizations from more than 35 countries are expected to attend.
The deadline to submit abstracts is 31 May 2025.
