Technical Committee on Drilling Mechanics and Engineering (TCDME)

The Technical Committee on Drilling Mechanics and Engineering aims to create within ARMA a vibrant group of scientists and engineers interested in advancing the state of the art of drilling for earth resources applications (mining, petroleum, civil, geothermal) with a particular, but not exclusive, focus on hard rock drilling. The committee intends to foster development of rock mechanics as an essential component of drilling research and to help establish ARMA as the nexus of scientific contributions to this discipline.
