ARMA’s Technical Committee on Induced Seismicity (TCIS) leads the community of ARMA members interested in induced seismicity associated with a variety of industrial activities. TCIS facilitates sharing of the latest information and research on induced seismicity with a focus on geomechanical technologies. The objectives of TCIS are to provide access to the latest case studies in the field of induced seismicity, to identify geomechanical tools suitable for predictive forecasting, risk identification, and risk management, and to facilitate community relations by coordinating information on how seismicity impacts the general public.
